“ I've been using them for almost 20 years for all the stuff I don't have the tools or the time to do and they have been great. They only fix what needs to be fixed and don't go for selling a bunch of extras. In response to Cheng Tang and his poor experience, what he describes doesn't seem to be a problem. If he got new brakes and rotors then he should expect to have the rusty original drums on the back. Rear drums are infrequently, if ever, replaced. The dust you saw on the inside means your brakes are working. That would be brake dust generated from the friction between the brake pads and the drum. Your rotors are on the front of the car and should have been nice and shiny when took the car home. It is possible that they made a mistake, everybody does but if there's a real problem they will make it good. At least that has been my experience over the last 20 years.”
